Gilka QTRLY exhibition and season opening with live music by Tønes:

To celebrate the upgrades at Velferden and the reopening of society, we invited Stavanger photographer / visual artist Geir-Egil Bergjord to show his project Gilka QTRLY in Velferden. Gilka QTRLY is a magazine with photographs from various locations presented in a special layout without text, in a weekly format. Issue 7 has the theme Velferden, or Sandbekk, was launched at the opening, and was displayed in a full-page spread along with other editions on 10 tables upstairs and downstairs. Geir-Egil was the first artist to exhibit in our new gallery space, Resepsjonen. We also had a musical performance by Frank Tønnesen, Tønes.
